When I started My ViEW Consulting, it wasn’t because I had always dreamed of being an entrepreneur. The truth is, I spent my career in corporate America—excelling at executing someone else’s vision, leading high-performing teams, and building meaningful partnerships with every organization and customer I had the privilege to serve.
I was fortunate to grow within the tech space, starting in retail telecommunications where I led operations, sales, employee development, supply chain, and customer experience. From there, I moved into leadership roles in B2B sales, learning and development, and eventually into SaaS—specializing in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Throughout my journey it became clear what truly fueled me: taking complex, disorganized environments and transforming them into smooth, scalable systems. I found real joy in partnering with people—helping them simplify, grow, and succeed. Along the way, I built a powerful network of professionals I had grown with—many of whom were now thriving as leaders and entrepreneurs in their own spaces.
To me, technology has always been the great equalizer—an opportunity for small businesses to play big and bring their ideas to market. But I also learned that tech alone isn’t enough. Without a clear strategy informed by data, thoughtful guidance, and strong operational execution, even the best tools fall short. That’s the gap My ViEW Consulting was created to fill.
